l(x) =  x*x² + x * (-1) + 1*x² + 1 * (-1)

         x³ - x + x² - 1 = x³ + x² - x - 1

=> oui

avec a = b = 1 et c = d = -1

m(x) = (x² + 4x - 3x - 12) (x - 1)

       = (x² + x - 12) (x - 1)

       = x³ - x² + x² - x - 12x + 12

        = x³ - 13x + 12

=> oui degré 3

avec a = 1 ; b = 0 ; c = -13 et d = 12
