well, I had a big breakfast, first I started with a cup of orange just, followed by a bowl of fresh cut fruits which included, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, raspberries then I got a nice warm pastry that I ate while drinking a cup of coffee.

for breakfast I had some fresh fruits, hash brown, scrambled eggs, Turkey sausage and a waffle with maple syrup.
