He is using an old-fashioned sewing machine. He is very young. I suppose he is poor and he must work to help his parents.

This document denounces child labour.

The problem with child labour is : the boy can't go to school to learn things and skills to have a good job later.

The British flag symbolizes a rich country wich exploits poor countries and poor people .

The artist wants to remind us about poverty and child labour in the world.
